Yes! We can customize homes that haven’t been built yet. Contact us and let us know what type of customization you’re looking for—whether it’s as simple as adding a loft or as involved as building a specific floorplan you’ve designed—and we’ll help determine the best builder to fit your needs.

The lender will offer you a customized down payment and interest rate based on your credit application.

If you’re purchasing with cash, we’d arrange payment and schedule delivery. 

If you’re purchasing using our lending partner, you’ll first fill out our Financing Pre-Qualification Checklist. We do this to get a good idea of your ability to qualify before any credit checks unnecessarily affect your credit score. Once we’ve determined that you’re in a good position to apply for financing, we’ll assist you with the application process.
