Delivery
We are able to deliver tiny homes to any location in the United States, whether they come from our lot in Conroe, Texas, or directly from a builder.
Specific delivery costs vary widely depending on the destination, distance, transportation permit requirements, and dimensions of the tiny home. A larger park model home may cost around $10–$12/mile to transport, while a smaller towable tiny home may cost around $6–$8/mile. Other location-specific factors can affect the cost of delivery, such as steep grading or obstacles that make it more difficult to maneuver the tiny home upon arrival. Delivery costs can typically be added to your financing plan.

Setup
Once your tiny home arrives on your property, we perform a standard setup including leveling, blocking, and anchoring. This cost is typically around $3,000 but can vary depending on property conditions and your specific home. The cost of setup can typically be added to your financing plan.
Utilities: Connecting utilities is not included in a standard setup. You may use an outside contractor to connect them, or you can contact us to perform a site visit and provide an estimate if you’re interested in having us hook up your utilities.
