Military Veterans & First Responders Discount
As a thank you for your service, we offer up to $1,000 off the purchase of a new tiny home or park model home for qualified U.S. Armed Forces veterans and active first responders, including law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics. Proof of service or status is required.
Real Estate Services Discount
Use our in-house Realtor to sell your existing property or purchase land for your tiny home, and receive up to 1% of the property sale price applied toward a new tiny home purchase, up to 5% of the home price (excluding taxes and fees).
Example: If we sell your home for $250,000, you could receive $2,500 off a tiny home priced at $50,000 or above. Ask us for details.
Personal Referrals
We love word-of-mouth advertising! If you refer a friend or family member (other than a spouse), or even an enemy who purchases a home from us, we will pay you up to a $500 referral fee. You can qualify for this referral fee if you're on our visitors' list or if you give us the name and contact information of someone who eventually buys from us.
Multi-Unit Discount
Investors or families purchasing 2–10 units can take advantage of multi-unit discounts on small homes or park models. For larger projects exceeding 10 units, we can negotiate custom discounts on a case-by-case basis. Contact us to discuss your project.
